Taco Bell - Morganton

We ordered and came into the window to pay, wait after 5 minutes until they return our card, we said that their card reader went down. they asked if we had a cash money (we didn't) and were regretting the manager should have given us the food since they had already done it, but it was just a huge waste of time.

They made me the biggest spicy potato taco I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell and the person at the drive thru was super friendly!

This is the worst example of the Taco bell I was waiting for 30 minutes for my staff with a fully equipped kitchen. they should remove and replace the door note. my personal doesn't look at their jobs that people with very small customers already turn away.

Food is pretty good and service is ok. Not the best. My boyfriend had ordered a nacho bell grande with just meat and cheese. When he got home it was just cheese, so we went back to have it corrected and they put everything on it! Got the order wrong TWICE! after that we have not been back. Not to mention they never put enough sauce in the bags… 3 packs of sauce for a whole bowl of nachos and 4 tacos!? No thanks

The wait was very long. They seemed to be understaffed. Management should do a better job with the staff scheduling to ensure it doesn't take 30 minutes to pick something up at the drive through
