Bidrage med feedbackUsed the DMV self-service kiosk at Safeway to renew my vehicle registration for the first time. O.M.G. No waiting. No line. No DMV employee attitude. Cost about $7 additional for the convenience. I don't plan to return to the DMV office for renewing my registration ever again. You get your card and sticker right then. The whole process took about 2 1/2 minutes. CA should install these in every town. And a bonus rainbow to boot!
Deli staff right now will bicker about lunch breaks and make excuses why they can?t help customers as the line of customers grow. Pretty astonishing
I had a disappointing experience with customer service in the produce section. I asked a tall, large clerk for a better selection of green bell peppers from the back because the ones on display weren't fresh. I was preparing a special dinner for Father's Day, and he refused to fetch more, claiming they were the same quality as the ones on display. Instead, he suggested I take red or yellow peppers, but that wasn't what I wanted. Ultimately, I had to go to Nob Hill not only for my bell peppers but to complete my entire shopping list. Shame on Safeway!
I really enjoy this Safeway, as well as the one on Tennant. Both locations are relatively new and offer plenty of space. My only issue is that I've discovered better produce and organic options at other supermarkets. Additionally, I find that Safeway's prices are quite high, even though they don't always have the most premium or highest quality products.
This is a well-organized Safeway with a decent Starbucks. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic, which seems to be typical for most places. It appears that taking an extra 30 seconds to show some kindness is not an option for everyone.
