Chartreuse - Moreland

My group of 6 found the cafe to be half empty. Unfortunately, our food took 30 minutes to arrive despite asking about it twice. I ordered eggs florentine with hash brown and spinach on the side, but they forgot these items. It took another 15 minutes before anyone addressed the issue, and by then my food had gone cold. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and did not offer any compensation. We had to get up and order drinks ourselves as they were not collected or offered. I used to enjoy this place, but after this poor display of customer service, I will not be returning. I recommend visiting Biagos instead for better food and service.

This is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The service is consistently excellent and the food is delicious. The salt and pepper squid is incredibly tender and flavorful. They also have fantastic pasta dishes.

I have dined at this restaurant only a few times.
