Hopkins Dining Parlour & Curiosity Shoppe

There were ten of us for dinner. We ordered the special Rib Steak and it was delicious. Our server Kim made our experience particularly wonderful and took care of our table with great care. I would definitely recommend this restaurant because our food and service was excellent.

The atmosphere is relaxed, treated like an extended family. Food was amazing, I had a rib of ribs and frits, and the ribs just fell from the bones like nothing. Also the Georgia Peach had cocktail and holy wow was amazing. The house itself is magnificent, each room is beautiful. My wife and I went around the square and we were inaugurated by the ballroom hall on the back. The whole house is filled with beautiful furniture (some over 400 years old). But this facility is timeless. As mentioned above, the servers are super nice. They somehow caught wind that we were on our honeymoon and brought us a piece of cheesecake, and let me say it was amazing. But be warned, they are generous when you serve because it was huge.

Absolutely love this restaurant! Great food and exceptionally great service. Went Saturday morning with my mom and dad who were visiting from Saskatoon. I wanted them to experience this business as I was very pleased with it the first time I had went. We were nothing short of satisfied! I didn’t happen to catch our servers name but she did mention she was from England. She gets 5 stars hands down!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so kudos to you! Thanks Hopkins for being a great go-to!

Super nice service. Great food and great place with many history stories. Great place to bring friends and family. Definitely gonna bing family again.

Just love this place because of its setting in a old time house with lots of historical vibes. Our server was an older lady with and accent that just made the experience great. Food was decent but I wouldn't say it was worth the price. Cooked well, presentation fair, but wasn't as described. Jumbo shrimp were actually medium shrimp. My wings were not how I like them really well done and crispy. But shrimp was cooked to perfection and so was the chicken breast. Fries were awesome as well. Overall good experience.
