The restaurant offers excellent dishes and outstanding customer service.

The food at the restaurant was good, but I was disappointed to find that I had been charged for a soft drink when I had only ordered water. The waiter explained that because I added a side to my sandwich, I was also required to pay for a drink. It would have been helpful if this policy had been explained to me before I placed my order, rather than sneaking a soft drink onto my bill without my knowledge. The waiter refused to adjust my bill and instead offered a weak excuse.
