Tried to go, but as I was pulling into the drive thru, a worker was blocking it off, and explained they "only had three people working, so they weren 't going to open. This place has been going down hill more and more over the past few years. Now, the service is terrible, and half the time, the food isn 't cooked right! I love Burger King in other areas, but will never go to this one again!
Poor service . Woman in drive through gets attitude with me because the app order hadn't gone through but charged me. Like it's my fault . Always have issues with attitudes with this location . It's not a hard job . Take orders in a drive through. I've done it. Mindless work. Will contact corporate .
Overfilled bag which ripped and the food was lost onto the ground. Asked to pay half of replacement cost from overfilling the bag. Didn?t give a receipt for the replacement. Gave us one overfilled bag AGAIN. We are supposed to try not to make the same mistakes twice, not keep repeating them. The bag easily weighed over five pounds with 6 burgers, a chicken sandwich chicken fries and fries all completely SMASHED into one bag. I love my food smashed and paid for twice don?t you? I do understand you are essential. Me too! Why do you think I?m not home cooking? I saw an empty parking lot at prime dining time. Guess what? Rightfully so. Go McDs.
Between free whoppers from T-Mobile Tuesday and the coupons I feast like royalty for pennies here. Although they seem to not be so discount friendly. Employees throw up static like discount is coming out their pocket personally. But a deal is a deal I still go.
