Thomas' Ristorante - MOORESTOWN

We showed up here tonight. Sure, it was early on Sunday night, and we were the only diners. Above all, we must say that dinner was just excellent. I should first say that the restaurant is the simple, personal statement of the owner. The room is simple, underlined, tasteful, a white tablecloth type of space, but small and comfortable. My wife had the seafood ravioli and I had the crab, pine nuts, tomatoes, spinach and potato gnocchi. Both were just excellent. Flavors were mixed, not mutated. Both the pasta and the gnocchi were made in the house, light and perfectly cooked. Portions were plentiful without being overwhelming. The plates came out of the kitchen when they were finished, hot drilled. I could see where this could be more difficult in a busy night, but the room is not so big to make a busy night overwhelming. I can say that we were happy to have chosen this restorer this evening, and I will recommend it to you.

Three times have been there, always a good dinner, even more than six months ago. My dinner parties agreed. Never thought of it as an Italian seafood place, unless this is new. Yes, expensive, but it is fine food in high rent Moorestown so not surprising. Give you pesto, o/v and cheese w/ your bread. Byob. It was worth trying. But I must say that my favorite Italian places on Haddon Avenue are a district away.

I wish I could give Thomas 6 stars. This place is incredibly delicious. It's not cheap, but worth every penny. I've eaten here a few times and it's gonna be a standard I'm gonna judge other restaurants. BYOB, enjoy great service and free fresh bread, homemade pesto and freshly shaved parmesan from the huge cheese wheel. I had her aubergine appetizer (purchased for a meal), Flatbread Salat (must have), Filet (tenders), Veal and Shrimp Pavorotti (yum) and fresh homemade cannolis (decadent). The whole food is delicious. Cannoli is heavenly.

Unique Italian restaurant. We have special diets, they are more than helpful in this regard. The salmon is delicious along with one of their pasta dishes.

Super delicious. Great customer service and friendly staff. Changed my opinions about New Jersey Italian food. They got it right!
