No real complaints because I personally had a decent experience, but there are better Chipotles in the area!
Go to the one in Marlton, that was is infinitely better. If you have your meal delivered from this place, there’s always something wrong with it. Either the corn is frozen and bland, you’re missing multiple ingredients in a bowl, or three tiny pieces of chicken are given to you because they always seem to be stingy with delivery order portions. Avoid the Moorestown location.
Food taste great, portions ridiculously small, staff 0, arguing with each other and treating customers like animals.Update-9 months after, every single time I walked in this place they were taking only online orders with the wait time of 20 minutes. This place should either be closed or comply restructured.
Waited for about 5 minutes with no service, I am pretty generous when it comes to waiting cause I work food service. But the lady noticed the line and instead of helping or acknowledging us she decided to ignore us and work on chip bags. Quite unprofessional, even if i had waited a second longer and have gotten service the place looked messy as the counters had an disgusting amount of food and sauce on it. I would not recommend going to this chipotle there are others that have a better customer service than this one.
