La Vita's Pizzeria

The pizza was the best part. The service was slow, with no one in line but me. They had no air conditioning and as we ate, it got hotter and hotter. Tough going for a little place on Main Street. When it's 90° you need your air to work. The place could be cleaner as well. Wipe the tables, sweep, etc Not awful yet not great. Average. Will serve your purpose if you're in need of food. Parking: Park in the back.

La Vita's Pizzeria on Main St as of today you have officially lost a customer. Lesson in Customer service should be essential! And the fact that I’m always in there makes it even worst. Teach your front end how to speak to paying customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this place !!!

They delivered pizza to wrong address and then said that they would deliver new pizza… instead they picked up the pizza that was delivered to wrong address and gave us that pizza that was now cold. Their grandma’s pizza also tasted like grandma’s ashes!! This place sucks!!!

THEY DELIVERED OUR PIZZAS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND WHEN WE CALLED, WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED NEW PIZZAS, THEY WENT AND PICKED UP THE SAME PIZZAS AND BROUGHT THEM TO US 1 HOUR LATER AND COLD AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD MAKE FRESH PIZZAS. WHEN I ASKED THE DELIVERY KID IF HE PICKED THOSE UP FROM THE PLACE WHERE THEY WERE MISSED DELIVERED, HE LIED AND SAID NO THEY WERE COLD BECAUSE HE HAD 3 OTHER DELIVERIES BEFORE OURS. WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN WE TOLD THEM WE SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED BECAUSE SOME OF THE PEOPLE DID NOT WANT TO EAT THE PIZZA DUE TO BEING DROPPED AT ANOTHER PLACE, WELL THE SAME DELIVERY GUY CAME BACK AND ASKED FOR THE PIZZA BACK, WHEN I SAID SOME PEOPLE ATE IT HE RUDELY SAID WELL YOUR BEING CHARGED FOR IT..THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL BIG TIME. WE USED TO ALWAYS ORDER FROM HERE...NO MORE YOU JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER FROM YOUR MISTAKE AND RUDENESS. WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO DO WITH THE COLD PIZZAS IF THEY PICKED THEM UP , RESELL THEM IN THERE SHOP...PIZZAS WERE HORRIBLE TOO
