Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I had never been here before and took my wife out for her birthday and everything was great. The service was especially wonderful. Everyone was friendly from the greeters to the manager. Also the food was top-notch. I'll definitely be returning.

I'm usually blown away by my dinners at Firebirds. This time my steak wasn't so tasty.

I ordered one thing and was specific to ask for this with NO TOMATOES. So not much I can say other than it was a fail from the kitchen. And insult to injury it was still on the bill for $25. Didn’t have time to wait for a new one as when we sat we made it clear we had a movie to attend in less than an hour. It’s hard to understand lack of communication when we were 1 of 10 tables present so being busy is not the excuse. ?‍?‍

My wife and I had a reservation set up tonight, Saturday Aug. 10 @7:45pm (Conf. 270807). We arrived a bit early at 7:40pm and request a seat outside. There was a high top table available and we were ushered to our seats. We looked at the menu and was ready for the servers to take our orders. However, NOT ONE server came by and asked us for our order nor did anyone say hey, I 'll be with you shortly. Yet, a bigger group came in after us, and was served immediately. We didn 't even get water or bread...just nothing. There was a female server speaking to a customer for over 10min and 3 other servers (1 male and 2 other females) that walked passed us and said nothing nor gave us water. When I checked the time on my phone, it 8:02pm. My wife and I decided to leave at this point and take our business elsewhere. This is unfortunate because we were looking forward to trying out this restaurant and to celebrate our date night as my wife gave birth to our first child about a month ago. So we were looking forward to a romantic outing that we haven 't experienced for awhile during her pregnancy. We will not be back here again. Poor customer service and blatantly rude. The only nice thing was the hostess. Edit to add (8/10/24): It was not busy at the time we 've went. We decided to go to Harvest down the street without a reservation and was served within 4 minutes after seating. And it also wasn 't busy at Harvest.

This place is beautiful with delicious food. Went with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday, both first times going there, and we loved it. Definitely want to go back again. Server was very nice and attentive. Clean atmosphere.
