Mellum Munchies - Mooloolah

While passing through Landsborough, we made a spontaneous decision to stop for a quick dinner. To our delight, we were not disappointed. The portions were generous and the staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed chicken nuggets and chips for $3.50 each, while a regular hamburger was $9. The servings were quite hefty. We definitely plan on returning next time we pass through the area!

Caution: The portions are huge at this restaurant. The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. The ambiance has a 50's/60's feel, making it a great place for car clubs and bikers to meet up.

I stopped by for some fish and chips one afternoon. I placed my order at 5:05pm, received a ticket, and then waited. Unfortunately, the service was slow and disorganized. I watched as the staff seemed unsure of what to do and even saw frozen fish being taken out of the freezer after about 20 minutes. My order finally arrived at 5:40pm, 35 minutes later. The fish was not fresh, the chips were cold, and overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant unless there is a significant improvement in both service and food quality, or if new ownership takes over.

The worst chicken burger I 've ever had Graceland chicken just about burnt and tough as, couldn 't chew bacon, only edible part was the lettuce even the tomato was dodgy. Will never eat there again, worst burger ever!

The new owners have improved the decor and maintained the best classic works burger. If you seriously want to sink your teeth into one, this is a classic and BIG!!
