One Up Bar & Bistro - MOOLOOLABA

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday afternoon at the one up bar.All meals were generous and delicious. Best Calamari I've ever tasted,so tender and tasty. Wagyu Beef burger was supreme,Pork Belly Burger was so tasty.I could not fault the food,table of 5 and we all enjoyed everything.The entertainment on Sunday afternoon was awesome Alexis Kent Sawford was great listening.Well worth it. Thank you for a great afternoon.

We arrived at One Up with a booking for 7 people, we were shown to our table which we were insisting was not ours as it only had seating for 4 plus it was occupied by some young mums with babies. The waitress did not listen to us and told the ladies the table was booked and they had to pack up their things and move, despite there being plenty of spare tables with seats for 7 people not 4 – very odd.We then ordered food in 2 batches straight after each other. The first batch of food came. An hour later and we are still waiting for the second, my friend chases the order up and it "hasn't gone through" - whatever that means. They do not offer us an apology just an excuse. Very bad customer service. We were starving so we got a refund and went elsewhere and had a lovely meal. It was all a very odd experience, no apology, no offer to reorder or fast track our food, very rude staff. We are locals and we will not be back to One Up as there are PLENTY of better restaurants on the Mooloolaba strip.

One of our fave's on the sunny coast where we catch up with family and friends. Consequently we always order a bunch of platters and are never disappointed. Great views and with the windows open can't get enough of that sea breeze.

My boyfriend and i have been coming here regularly for two years and still recive the same best meals we had on our first visit. Our favourite being the chicken wings. Exellent food and a wide range of beverages including great exclusive craft beers on tap. Always greeted with the friendliest staff who we always have a good chat with. Highly recommend dining here.

We went for drinks today. The staff member was very average in customer service. When you ask for a wine and when the customer is not sure what they want, you should help . But no you give very average wine from a tap. The prices are little too high for what you get. Staff were on the computer not giving customer service as if no one is there.Great location and views.
