Recommended! Excellent culinary experience in an enchanting setting. I was fascinated by Cascina Frutteto, a small gastronomic jewel immersed in the greenery of the Villa di Monza Park. The location, with its fairytale charm, exceeded our expectations. ️ The Dishes Tried: Charcuterie and Cheese Platter with Fried Gnocchi, Honey and Homemade Jam: A promising start! The cured meats and cheeses were of high quality, and the combination with the fried gnocchi and the delicate notes of honey and jam made everything memorable. Creamed Cod on Crispy Taragna Polenta: A dish that has managed to combine tradition and creativity. Carnaroli Risotto 18 Months Monzese ma Non Troppo, with Luganega by Gigi Viganò: The risotto, creamy and enveloping, was a true hymn to Lombard cuisine. Scottona steak with mixed forest and porcini mushrooms: The Scottona meat was tender and succulent, and the combination with the porcini mushrooms and mixed forest made the dish a riot of flavours. Vegan Camilla with Carrots and Almonds on Maraschino Fig Cream: A dessert that ended the dinner in style. Staff and Service: The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Today we tasted and appreciated the fixed price menu. Fine dishes prepared with excellent raw materials. A special mention for the lemon Bavarian cream: superb! Friendly and smiling staff. Top location. Super recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
