Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The young man that took my order was very nice and answered the few questions I had. Food was out fast and was hot. Fries were nice and crispy, and my ice cream was amazing!

While the food is generally well made and hot. This is by far the slowest experience of any place with a drive thru that I have ever seen. More than 45min in the drive thru. For the love of all that is good, do not ever come here for a scheduled lunch break. You will not make it back. You will not have time to eat.This is just crazy. Do yourselves a favor, drive into a field, find a beef ranch. Purchase the cow, slaughter it. Prep and season the meat, go to the store for the fixings. Cook it. And enjoy it. Save some time.

First off I wanna jump on the wait time. Look I’ve been in lines that take a while and I understand that hot food is good food but this location is SLOW!!! I’ve been in line for 45 minutes!!! I still have yet to even order! I spent my lunch taking a nap! I finally managed to get my meal and the burger had so much salt I’m pretty sure you I managed to complete a sodium intake of a month! Freddys is an awesome place to eat and I actually love the burgers here but come on guys! Do better! If staff is a problem, yall need to fix that. I’m disappointed. Probably my last time coming to this location and I don’t recommend this location. You could hit the next one and make it back to this location and still have to wait in line.

How hard is it to fulfill an order of two fries at the drive through with requested extra Freddie’s sauce and ketchup? Drove away to discover fries dripping in dirty grease (streaks down the carton of brown grease) and NO sauce at all. Really, it’s not that hard. The workers are doomed to unsuccessful lives if they can’t even get that right. Have a little pride!
