Filippo - Montreuil

We eat regularly at Filippo's where we are always treated like old friends. All the people we have taken there have been extremely enthusiastic. We can only highly recommend the restaurant to anyone passing through Montreuil. Good food, reasonably priced wine. In a word, gret value.

The pizzas are great. I normally get the Quatre Saisons, but the vegetarian one is excellent, loaded with grilled eggplant and other fresh veggies. Have had other dishes there as well and everything is good. The prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of food. The service can be a bit rough sometimes if the waiter isn't paying attention and brings you the wrong thing, then gets mad at you for telling him so.

A good place for regular visitors. Nice choice of wooden fire cooked pizzas. Excellent for family or a quick lunch during the week. Good quality "Brasserie" style dishes (beef, fish, kidneys...) if you are very hungry... Friendly service, bistrot style.

Onion soup is horrible I ordered an onion soup in this restaurantWhat I got was a bowl of watery substance, with some pieces of bread floating in it.
