Second Cup - Montréal

I went to this restaurant once and had a negative experience. The customer service was poor, my order was incorrect, and the food and drinks were average at best. The restaurant was also not very clean. I would recommend looking for better dining options nearby.

The Second Cup cafe at the intersection of Saint-Denis and de Maisonneuve offers friendly service and a diverse menu of coffees, pastries, and sandwiches. With seating available on multiple levels and outdoors, it's a great spot for a relaxing visit. During our recent Sunday afternoon visit, we enjoyed muffins, filter coffee, and caffè lattes, all of which were delicious.

I fell in love with the Chaud chocolat glace! If you are watching your weight cover your eyes as you pass the pastry cases... everything is good! Also, the staff is courteous and the cafe is clean with free wi-fi.

I have visited multiple Second Cup locations in Halifax and have always been pleased with the quality of their coffee, lattes, and desserts. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Despite the busy atmosphere during my visit, we were able to find a comfortable seat to unwind. The cafe in Montreal was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cozy ambiance. I particularly enjoy sitting in a large, comfortable chair, sipping on my coffee, and people-watching. Although it was crowded and we couldn't find a big chair that day, the experience was still worth it.
