Pizza Hut - Montréal

I asked for pizza with extra sauce and without onions. The pizza came with less sauce than a normal pizza and onions. I felt like I had a simple bread with some sauce. The supplier told me that he doesn't get any shipping costs or money and that I have to type it even though it says on the receipt for the shipping costs. I'm not so professional in French and couldn't find out from the receipt and tapped it anyway. When I found out that the pizza is not good, I called the alleged owner for a refund or new pizza. He interrogated me about the pizza and delivery guy like him? A crime scene with 15 minutes question. I was very exhausted by all this and felt that it is very bad customer service. When he asked me if I was happy, did I say? No? Then he abused me and put the phone on me! When I called back, he abused me again and threatened to darken me. Extremely unprofessional and sad customer service, also from the shop owner.

Unprostitutional owners. they do not take instructions right. they are unapologetic. horriben behave. everyone needs to do this my order was wrong and they never replaced my order. he was loud, screaming and insulting in his speech.

Very bad. the crust doesn't cook full. it's like eating teig. that happened three times! the delivery service is not good either.

Very happy to have Pizza Hut in our neighborhood. Very clean and fast. I will be the regular customer
