The team is well trained in dealing with celiac disease. There is a gluten-free menu available exclusively. They wash their hands regularly and use utensils of a different color to signify the condition. Additionally, the servers are very friendly and take the time to explain what can be consumed without any issues. For example, I wanted extra mushrooms and was warned that there could be cross-contamination with them. Truly exceptional service. I recommend it to everyone without any hesitation.

Great service despite our coeliac needs, they are attentive to our differences and requests, and the gluten-free food is varied and excellent!

This was our first visit to Ottavio and we were very pleased....we ordered the 11 lunchtime menu and it was beyond our expectations....I had the gluten-free penne with 3 additional toppings au gratin,  and my husband had penne arabiatta also with 3 toppings plus a Caesar salad on the side.....he topped it off with tiramisu dessert....everything was served hot and delicious....our server was Jonathan and he was attentive to us despite several groups that were present that day ....we will definitely go back....

Go there with my family very often. Service is a great ambience is also the best restaurant you can have! The pasta, pizza what ever on the menu is amazing! Love you! Really great!!
