Mango Bay - Montréal

Truly the best jerk chicken I've ever had. Oxtail, rice, and sides were flavorful and generously portioned. They were only open for takeout when we went.

We called them and they were not open to sit in but we could order for take out. It was very tasty and the portions were a good size.

We were only 4 people on a very snowy, windy day. Good West Indian food fit the bill. We all had the same thing the goat roti. It was lovely and tasty (just the right amount of spice) and fully filled. The little bones were a bit annoying but I understand the need. Lovely upstairs, nicely finished and spotless bathroom. We will be back.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. I had the Négrol Chicken, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The other 10 people that I was with also enjoyed their meals. Service was very pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable.

The customer service was horrible. We went to order takeout and the man shouted from the back and asked what we wanted. He finally came out after 10 minutes and took our order. He was very cold and acted as if we were begging him for something. It was quite disturbing.
