La Concession - Montréal

On our way from Notre Dame, we stopped for coffee but found it to be burnt. The restaurant is situated within a business building, and the public restrooms are hard to locate in this area.

The next day we made a day trip and wanted to bring some sandwiches and snacks. we stopped here and the nice woman helped us some dings that keep and yogurt parfaits etc. they worked great the next day and. they were delicious.

It is well located, near the bascilique of notre dame, so it is a good place for tourist coming, also it is a good place to relax and listen to some classic music. the food looks delicious, but they are small portions for the price we bought them. it has like a business were they find sandwiches and drinks for brunch. and finally it has a good decoration.

We stopped in for lunch prior to going in to Notre-Dame (just a block away). We had meal 2: Soup, sandwich and tea/coffee for $10.95. Sandwiches were made to order with fresh ingredients and vegetable soup was not pre-processed but looked and tasted homemade. Variety...of meal options-soup, salads, sandwiches, pasta. Licensed and cafe for drink choices. Stay in or take away.

Place looks nice from the outside. We went in hoping for nice coffee and pastry. The coffee was bad, ditto with the latte. We bought a pastry. Cream was dry and rough, the cake beneath was dry, almost stale. Not worth the visit.
