Tipico Osteria Dei Sensi - MONTONE

I returned to Montone for the Festa del Bosco and also to my favorite restaurant: a typical Osteria. Despite there being a very limited menu due to the festival, I had delicious dishes: Chianina Carpaccio and lamb, in particular. The owner, who recognized us, also offered us a great glass of Umbrian prosecco. Thank you.

Friendly service, good italian food and reasonable prices. Inside and outside (on the nice Montone square) dining in a nice atmosphere. Recommend to book a table, we were lucky to get one without a reservation.

Reccomended by our farmhouse, we visited this osteria tipica in the heart of Montone, a truly beautiful little town. They seated us a lovely outdoor table in a corner, overlooking the main square. We had two local appetizers, carpaccio and poached egg (called sunset on Trasimeno , if you try it, you 'll understand why), and two main courses, lamb and rabbit in porchetta style. all expertly prepared. The local wine was reccomended to us by the owner a ciliegiolo to remember. An excellent experience. We hope to return soon!

Ristorante alternativo, che offre tipico Piatti umbri, salumi, formaggi, tartufi e carni lo rendono un maestro, oltre a proporre piatti gourmet in collaborazione con la locanda del capitano. ottimo servizio
