What a disappointment! a little varied and unusual. fully overestimated price for the quality of the served dishes and super expensive wines, super slow and personal service not very friendly, including the boss (who serves in the room) who spends more time doing his show and the conversation with some customers that he knows that to ensure the well-being and good service of all his customers. more details, little to be foolish will tell me, but no heating in the ladies' room where he freezes: not normal, in my opinion, for a quality restaurant. I point out that I was polite in doing so, but he doesn't seem to appreciate all my intervention and barely welcomed us when we finally got out after a good hour of waiting after the end of our meal. I am fully in agreement with eric! in this restaurant everything is parfais, the dishes are well made and the suggestions allow you to discover an Italian cuisine different from that usually met and this while keeping on the map the classic dishes. The service was slow and the staff, including the boss serving in the dining room, were not very friendly. The boss seemed more focused on entertaining his familiar customers rather than ensuring all guests were well taken care of. Additionally, there was no heating in the women's restroom, which was uncomfortable for us. After waiting for half an hour to receive the bill, it took another hour to finally pay as the boss was engrossed in conversation with other patrons. Despite my polite request for the bill, the boss did not seem to appreciate my intervention and barely acknowledged us as we left. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
