Sublette's Ribs - Monticello

This place is really good! The ribs were super delicate and smoked beautiful, and the shrimps were fried into a perfect golden brown. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc that the curly pommes I had access to fat on them.

Not here for at least one year. The staff was wonderful as usual. Our main rib and rib steak were good, but not as good as usual. But still highly recommend this restaurant overall.

My friend made a reservation for a party of 20 two days in advance to celebrate a special occasion. We were informed multiple times over the phone that they were fully booked.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant and I must say, the service and food were exceptional. We were warmly greeted with a smile and a pleasant demeanor that immediately put us at ease.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful BBQ experience. The brisket and pork dishes were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The baked beans were just right - not too overpowering with smoke or sweetness. I highly recommend trying the magic sauce as well.
