Wendy's - Montgomery

I stopped by for a takeout order and was assisted by Athena. He was extremely courteous and patient as I made my decision on what to order. Athena confirmed my order before I paid and thanked me as I left. My only suggestion is to use a clean mop head when mopping as the current one has a strong mildew smell that permeates the restaurant, which is quite off-putting.

The customer service was poor at this restaurant. The person at the counter clearly needs training in customer service. I placed an order to dine in, but the employee forgot about me. When I inquired about the status of my order, the employees had a conversation amongst themselves and finally gave me my order. They even asked if I wanted it to go, despite my original request to dine in. There were no apologies, just rude service. They made me feel like I was a bother to them. I hope Wendy's Management takes a look at this location. I will not be returning to the Austin Highway location again.
