Cook Out - Montgomery

Went there with my mother and sister when we were taking my sister to work. Had trouble getting the payment down, but eventually we got it. Food was awesome, the burger was tender and savory, the fries were amazing and done well, and the tea was one of the best I have ever experienced. Honestly, I think they had some magic placed into that food of theirs. Anyways, the food was great and the lady took her time with us when getting the payment down. Solid 5/5.

I can see why the second average review is only one star. While the food is decent, the service here is the worst I 've ever seen; and thats saying something, coming from someone who lives here in Montgomery. The only thing the cashier said when we pulled up to get our food was the total cost, and then we realized we were missing an item. We stayed and the girl realized and all she did was open the window. Didn 't even speak to ask what was wrong or if we were missing something. We had to tell her we were missing a chicken sandwich and she just said Huh? After she finally heard us, she just gave us the bag without saying anything further, not even a simple My bad, have a good rest of your evening. I 've had better experiences at bad-area McDonalds ' and Burger Kings.

The manager on duty tonight was extremely rude. I Pulled up to the mic on the opposite side of the main drive-through line. I waited about five minutes I didn’t get a response so I asked hey is this drive-through line open. They said give me a moment. After I realize four cars that pulled up after me has almost made it to the window and pass the speaker on the opposite side of the drive-through I decided called inside the restaurant Because I was still unsure if the side was open because I was the only one in this line, The manager was extremely rude and complain that she only had one cashier tonight. So How long will it be before someone is able to take my order And how will I get my food if there’s no window on the side. Reminding you four cars have passed by and no one still has came to the speaker she then hung up on me. I came in on my break I do security My children were extremely hungry. I am extremely disappointed by how they treat their customers as well as the wait was extremely long. Other customers then began to talk to me after they seen how I was being treated. The worst experience ever. Everyone please spend your money where it’s want it. I do not recommend anyone spending any money here as well as I will be posting this on my platform. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow

I received bad customer service, a long wait time, and disgusting food.

Went to get a simple order of a couple of large cheese fries. Took at the very least 15-20 minutes for that without anyone saying anything to me. The lady in the window was a bit rude as well and clearly would have rather been in a river drowning than be working, which is fair I guess because sometimes #Same. Once I got my order the bag was covered in cheese that got all over me. And boy was I a bit upset when I got it home and in my 2x LARGE order of fries I had legit had 15 fries in one box and 12.5 in the other.My man, what!? The Prattville location is so much better food and people wise. Don't let the worst Cook Out in America (According to me which doesn't mean much since I've only been to two of them total) ruin it. Go to the Prattville location to try this place.
