Jack's - Montevallo

Look I'm honestly not a fan of Jack's food other than their breakfast, but the new look and atmosphere is worth 5 stars, and the customer service has always been top notch. So I'm not going to complain. I'll just leave a rating off the food since I can't fairly say without being biased.

I love going to this Jack 's so glad they reopened so I could stop walking all the way down for other places. Only issues I 'm having their website isn 't working when it comes to ordering and usually when I put no gravy on the mashed potatoes they put it on there anyway. So I usually have to check before hand and ask for another one. Just the other day when I walked in the cold they gave me my mashed potatoes but had gravy on it but this time they messed up my whole sandwich I like mine plain and paper stuck to it said no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo lord and behold thick sandwich with all of that on it. I was home and just ate my fries. But the sandwich is the best part, I almost cried over it (I 'm pregnant so hormones lol) so I had to walk in the dark in the cold to tell them to fix it I brought the mashed potatoes for them to fix as well. It was start of my bad night cause I came home with my cats that peed on multiple of my stuff. I was so upset I didn 't eat my food until 30 minutes later I got home.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time at a fast food restaurant. Got told to pull forward to wait. Order a single vanilla milkshake. Waited for 10 minutes. SMH

We’ve always had a good experience going to the Jack’s in Montevallo. Really like the newly rebuilt restaurant! Very open and welcoming. Jack’s has the best shakes of any fast food chain.

Literally have went there 3 times now for breakfast and not a single time was my order made correctly and when you go to call the phone they don’t answer it.
