Vegetarian - Monterrey

Failing to bring me to a modern veggie restaurant, this person who wanted to meet with me felt compelled to take me to this old one.I was delighted with it. Last time I was taken to a vegan place, it was serving meats, real meat. Here, things were simple. They were using native grains, making Aztec dishes, neat stuff no fuss. And they have a vegetarian grocery store attached.So much has gone wrong in the vegetarian and vegan worlds. Here is a clean, clear and lovely place worthy of its name.May you last forever, you wonderful true people.Thanks for being there.
