A very nice experience. The owner of this place is very helpful and explained the food and the wine he offers in great amount of detail. We ordered Tartar, this is the house speciality. We had the Diavolo and the Ligurian Tartar. Both are strongly recommended and although it's the same meat, the taste is totally different but very nice.

On a rainy night in Siena, we were looking for a place to eat dinner. We took a chance on this little restaurant and were delighted! The chef and hostess accommodated our lack of Italian language skills. We enjoyed the delicious tomato soup, beans, vegetable pie, and awesomely prepared beef. The fresh wine suggest by the Chef was the perfect accompaniment to the wonderful food. Chef was excited to feed us and his enthusiasm about his menu choices was charming. We highly recommend TVB!

Simply perfect! All food was something special, with a twist. The star was of course beef tartar on a bed of crumbled biscotti with pickled onions. The staff is super nice which made the whole experience just perfect. I would recommend TVB bar to anyone on a way to Siena.
