Toribashi - Monterey

I really enjoyed their vegan ramen and noticed they have several other vegan options on the menu. The restaurant is located in downtown Monterey, making it convenient to access other nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious - what more could you ask for?

Located on the main strip downtown, this restaurant offers a variety of vegan options, including a pretty good ramen dish. I enjoyed the flavorful broth, although it wasn't necessarily outstanding. I would still recommend it, especially if you like to add extra spices like chili for a kick. The portion size is generous, with a huge bowl big enough to be shared by two people.

Although the family that runs the store is Korean, they brought real Japanese ramen restaurant atmosphere with self-ordering touchscreen machine, individual dining rooms, counter rooms, tables for small and large groups. We were Ramen fans and had ramen in many places, including Japan, this place brought real authentic Japanese ramen flavors. We ordered Shio-Spicy, and Tonkotsu-Spicy Cuz, which we love spicy food, and let me say you are REALLY REALLY spicy. I sweated while I was eating. But they're sooooo good. We found this place unplanned and so glad we did. It's on my saved places to revise.

Do not expect to find such delicious authentic ravens in Monterey. Loved that they have many vegetarian vegan options (4 flavors, with further adjustment available). They are careful about the food restrictions even offer egg-free buckwheat noodles for a small supplement. Recommend the vegetarian curry wheel (remembers me from Southeast Asia?Curry? Taste Maggi, but path tastier fresher) and vegetarian spicy rams. You can order your bowl at a terminal to a certain extent. In addition to Rammen, they also have shells some pages like edamame. Each lawn bowl comes loaded with vegetables, edamame, bamboo shoot, onions, tofu, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts? and the portions are huge! I felt personal, as if two of my bowl were sharing ramen. As a result, I took age to finish it, and yet they were friendly enough to wait patiently until I am done before the restaurant (I was the last customer left) puts them no pressure at all. Would definitely go back.
