Crown Anchor - Monterey

I had a Heffeweizen and my date had a hard cider. Heffe was good, cider not so much. For food, we ate fish and chips and an appetizer of onion rings. The onion rings were dynamite! So flavorful, perfectly crisp. Fish and chips were good too, but I'd go back just to get those onion rings again! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We live in the sacramento area and visit Monterey a couple a times a year. One of our highlights is visiting the Crown and Anchor each night of our visit. Dietary restrictions: I have extreme diatary restrictions with food so we only stop in for an evening cocktail, however server Alex and bartender Ben always go out of their way to make our evening memorable.
