Chopstix - Monterey

The food is always good and the service is fast and friendly. Was a bit disappointed on my last visit they were out of all the soups. Which is why i go there for the Pho.

We ordered a veggie udon bowl and the portion size was huge. 2 of us could not finish it. The taste was good and they made it spicy as per our request

Service was horrible. Waited at least 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and our meals did not come out together. Two plates came out first then had to wait 15 minutes for the last one. Be careful at the register, the suggested tip percentages are inflated. BBQ Pork Spring rolls were dry, and 4 spring rolls is really 2 spring rolls cut in half. Pho was good! Beef Glass Noodles were bland and the beef was very chewy. Thai Crunch Salad was good but a really small portion for an entree.

Excellent customer service, the food was as expected, and the day was perfect, it was a rainy day... View outside. Perfect for me because I enjoyed a good meal and my favorite days watching the rain fall.
