Taco Bell - Monterey Park

Very long time in the drive through. At least 2o minutes .

This location was gross.. it smelled like raw sewage inside... they obviously have plumbing drain issues... and the staff aren't friendly waited 12 mins... I was about to walk away... when the lady in drive through finely said someone help him... some kid named Sue finely helped me...All Taco bells have issues... with the exception of the Santa monica taco bell.

Went to the drive thru to grab a quick bite. The cashier at the drive thru named Christian first greeted me asking whenever I’m ready to order. I said ok, 1 minute please. Not even 30 seconds or a min went by and he kept on asking to me to order when I’m ready repeatedly making me feel rushed so I just literally ordered whatever I saw pop up on their menu screen. I was not happy with the service that I received today.

I decided to take my very short lunch at this place. I waited for 15 minutes to get help and the lady still couldn’t take my order. They had 4 people in the back and nobody was helping anyone in the front. I left without even ordering my food. What terrible service and a disappointment. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the place.
