Pizzeria Casti - MONTEFIASCONE

We tried multiple times over a 4 day period to go here for dinner. We did not have reservations and when we tried to make them, they were rude and said they had nothing available, even though there were LOTS of empty seats. We thought maybe it’s because we had a US phone number that they wouldn’t answer the phone but our hotel concierge also tried to call with no luck. Again, when we showed up in person, they scoffed at us and told us that there was no availability, with again, an empty restaurant.

We were absolutely charmed by this lovely place. We came before the official opening hours we were not only welcomed, but the owners even sent for their little nephew so he could take care of our orders in english. This was the best service ever, professional but also genuinely cheerful, leaving us all delighted : Pizzeria Casti seems to be a truly family business with lots of cordial people and even though we didn't speak italian we loved the friendly atmosphere. The food we were served was amazing we tried three kinds of pizza, desserts, and local wines and everything was on the highest level with masterfully composed flavours, great textures and high quality ingredients. We have eaten in few dozens different pizzerias in Italy by now and didn't count on being surprised but pizzeria Casti surprised us in the best way and we will definitely come back many times to come! I absolutely recommend this place to anybody looking for genuine, delicious cuisine, prepared and served with love.

The place too bright and basic inside but during the summer they have tables outside in the beautiful piazza. Get there by 7.30 and have a magical pizza in the square.

Mentre eravamo tutti pieni e ossessionati dal lavoro, la notte in cui siamo andati, eravamo gentili a preparare due pizze volanti da portare via che potevamo godere al tramonto, sul punto di vista che c'è a pochi passi dalla piazza. buono, anche se niente di straordinario, ma leggero e fine, digeribile. prezzi nella norma. consigliato!

Una Giulietta nel piatto ogni volta che torno al casti è una scoperta oggi ci siamo finiti in bellezza con due sublime pizza pizza casti montefiascone 'la julietta e i fiori' una combinazione di ingredienti per rendere invidia alla tavola di un re e molti di questi sono a km zero! signori se trascorrete qui prenotate un posto per apprezzare questi piaceri e non dimenticate i forniti. altro spettacolo che dovrebbe essere romano, ma questi conoscono veramente il fatto grazie a anna, giampiero e pierluigi per il benvenuto
