Bidrage med feedbackWe visited this hidden gem for our ten-year anniversary, after we were suggested by a friend. we were at the b n b and ate in the resturaunt each night. that was extraordinary. I am a pretty fussy eater and enjoyed trying. how much of the menu I could. the house wine was great and we hunt here in Britain for similar weeps. the prices were very good and the shares were plentiful. the staff was friendly and helpful. many thanks to lisa and her team that we make this special occasion a memory that we will never forget.
I've eaten lunchtime. I had an excellent bon soup to begin and then swan and spinat. all were good. the room is beautifully decorated, although they must walk from restaurant to foot to enjoy the amazing view from the village.
We have eaten several times at il chiodo fisso and have always enjoyed high standards of eating and service to very cheap trips. this informal, family-run restaurant is very popular with local and tourist and can be extremely busy so that booking is advisable (n.b. the changed winter opening times). whether they choose from the excellent pizza menu or the (pronounced) alla carte menu that they will treat (after and after) to fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. we recommend the enormous (and varied) cracks and the white or red pizza (the spianata romana) or the hearty bean/great suppe. as soon as they have eaten, why not withdraw to the bar for ice cream, coffee and/or after dinner drinks (as for example mistrà).
Very welcome. enjoyed eating, both pizza and galakarren. will definitely go back.
Family climate, good food and very abundant tradition, adequate prices.
