Bidrage med feedbackWe had a hike and walked to the location on a sunny November day. We had a cheese plate and wine. They served so much cheese. All were homemade and very yummy.
Good farmhouse, we arrived around 2.30 pm and asked for a snack, (since the tourist vocation in the Ossola Valley is almost non-existent, after 2 pm it is almost impossible to find a restaurant that is available for lunch, but this unfortunately it falls within the mountain mentality of these valleys... never mind, let's forget about the controversy) and fortunately we were kindly accommodated, excellent cured meats, pickles, truly excellent giardiniera and cheeses from our own production, the wine list is limited, I decided to a discreet Cortese from Piedmont, good home-made desserts, quiet environment immersed in the countryside overlooking cattle breeding, you feel immersed in the peasant environment of times gone by, beautiful room with large window, friendly staff, normal price. Themed dinners are often offered, it is certainly worth a visit to be able to enjoy real cuisine rather than a quiet snack. Furthermore there is the possibility of purchasing products of your own production!
I really appreciated the kindness and the good food for an excellent quality/price. The rooms are very nice and welcoming. The location has a beautiful mountain panorama.

We oato as a base for a week of excursions throughout the ossuary. to sleep there is a separate house with essential but well maintained rooms, breakfast based on their products (health and cheese, cakes, yogurt) and table are simple dishes, but at a good price
