Absolutely the best food, everything was perfect, presentation, service, food and gorgeous local chardonnay, waitress recommendations were spot on, vegetables and pasta cooked to perfection..no grease and really wonderful menu to choose from we had seafood and beef fillet truffle....melt in the mouth delicious

We went here twice whilst on holiday in Montecatini Terme. The staff are charming, warm and friendly. There are lovely touches, like a small glass of Prosecco whilst you peruse the menu and an amuse bouche (celeriac veloute delicious). The food is beautifully presented and none of it run of the mill or predictable. I had scallops with hazelnuts and radish, which was exceptional. This is essentially a seafood restaurant, but there's something for everyone here. Quite expensive, but not ridiculous the food more than lives up to expectations. Real care and attention has gone into delivering a wonderful dining experience.
