Excellent as usual! I tried the duck pate appetizer for the first time it was superb! One of my very favorite restaurants in Carmel. Jennifer, our server was wonderful as well. Ask for her she's the best. 
We came here yesterday and as always a beautiful place to dine with great food and service. We come here every time we come to Carmel. My wife has celiac disease and has always been safe eating here which we greatly appreciate!
If you 're in search of an exceptional dining experience that will leave you craving more, look no further than Anton and Michel. Trust me, you won 't be disappointed. Anton and Michel is nothing short of a culinary paradise that far surpassed our expectations. From the moment my sister and I stepped into the restaurant, it is an atmosphere of elegance and refinement. Every dish was a masterpiece. We ordered multiple appetizers The Wild Mushroom Risotto was a masterpiece of creamy perfection, with each bite bursting with the earthy richness of locally sourced wild mushrooms. The Sweet Potato Gnocchi was a revelation; as my sister aptly described it, life changing delicate pillows of goodness bathed in a delectable sauce. The Ahi Tuna Crudo featured pristine slices of fresh tuna complemented by a delightful accompaniment of fresh guacamole. The Dungeness Crab Cake was simply divine, with succulent crab meat and a perfectly crisp, golden exterior. The Beet Salad was a work of art, with sweet and earthy beets paired perfectly with tangy goat cheese and crunchy candied walnuts. It was so good that I couldn 't resist ordering some to go. The Iceberg Wedge was equally delightful, with a deliciously decadent artichoke dressing. As for the main courses, The A5 Wagyu melted in my mouth like butter. I was beyond impressed with the tenderness and flavor. The Seafood Fricassee was this seafood lover 's dream, it featured a medley of salmon ravioli, shrimp, and scallops, in a velvety sauce that was nothing short of perfection. Dipping the fresh warm baked bread into the sauce was just as good. My sister opted for the Airline Chicken, and with one bite, I understood why. It was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, certainly a true testament to the chef 's skill and expertise. The grand finale of Bananas Foster was a true showstopper, with ripe bananas flambeed to perfection and served with creamy vanilla ice cream. The chocolate cake was a chocolate lover 's dream come true, it was rich, indulgent, and utterly irresistible. Thank you to Anton and Michel and your staff. You offered more than just a meal you provided my sister and me with an unforgettable culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression.
