I had already received positive opinions from friends and decided to try the 8-course tasting menu, mostly fish. The 62° egg is sublime, tuna tartare and mazzancolle interspersed with delicate lasagna with tomato bechamel, all the dishes are cured in the smallest details, opposite flavors and balanced. Dulcis in fundo, is the case of saying, a basket of straw with hazelnut cream and raspberries, followed by chocolates as beautiful as good. The level is really high, I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee, creamy and velvety.
A beautiful room, with plenty of space between the tables and a beautiful lighting. Kitchen and cellar open. Warm and nice welcome. We choose a sort of 6-course surprise tasting menu and in fact some dishes will be really amazing. Good level wine charter with non- scandalous embroidery like almost everywhere. Every dish we loved and really couldn't say what I preferred. They make a rather light but very tasty cuisine, which plays around Mediterranean flavors with a delicate and often fun hand. At the end of dinner a chat with chefs and an account substantially adapted to service and food. Plus for the magnificent dishes and cutlery and absolute plus for a delicious decaffeinated coffee, certainly the best I drank this year.
Exceptional, elegant but easy at the same time, staff very kind quality of raw material, extremely complex dishes, refined but abundant. To try and try again, good!! !
