I was having dinner at the station in the middle of March. one night with a concurrence of approx. The dishes of my companions were overcooked, the cut of meat was expressly ordered to the point and wine overcooked, the salmon one, supposed to come to the point, because it is consumed, but also past cooking for its taste. tagliateles weren't the egg, which wasn't a problem, but I want to clear it up. The problem was that they were past cooking. nothing from the finger. Even when they rolled into the fork they were cut given their advanced cooking. the sauce. was insipid. lacking salt, seasonings, herbs. lacking of vegetables (sea puerro, garlic, onion), fish/langostino stock. It really seemed like a sauce that passed from the container to the pan to be warmed and served. the seafood were fine, but with zero integration to the sauce, he interpreted that they had a previous cooking process, and they were added to the sauce to integrate immediately to the dish. I honestly ate five or six bites, long enough not to get too hungry and I left. It was a regrettable experience, because we had gone with expectation to the place that is best known as a mountain as a good kitchen I like because the place is very nice, and it would be those places that I would invite a woman to dinner.
