Interesting to see such polarization in the reviews! I saw it as a mix of both without ever crossing into either extreme. In general the appetizers were good, not great. The blackened fish over a Caesar salad for my main meal was a safe bet I was very happy with. The best part about going here was that it was able to accommodate a very large group without a reservation. This alone is a feature and not a bug since it is a solid average meal. It is also a stop on one (is there more than one? of the booze cruises that are available to be booked in Montauk. Thus, use that as a guide for where to place this on the scale of what you are looking for in a place to eat.
