For 20 years, we have gone into this institution every year. It became a tradition during the holiday in Montauk. In the afternoon of 7/15 we came to our traditional pizza. The cashier worked on tickets when we arrived, we waited patiently. The greeting was surprisingly abrupt. Although I was surprised at the first interaction, I moved forward with our order. I was confused again when the cashier took the credit card out of my hand. I know that my a pizza won?t impact on the big picture but sometimes it is the simple fast interactions that are important. I am very disappointed with this lack of customer service. It has set a bitter turn to a family tradition. Maybe it's time for a new one.

I have been getting their pizza delivered for years and the Cook family pizza is the best pizza I?ve had. The delivery by Paul is so courteous and friendly. He remembers our location and us. Sausages is the best in Montauk without question.
