Bidrage med feedbackMy DIPA was delicious; however when the server brought over our food, she asked if it was hitting me yet. Very strange response. Turned me completely off from ordering another one. Ordered the veggie wrap. Awful! $16 for what? A few diced vegetables, no mushrooms which it says it has in it. Very disappointing. They also no longer sell hand pies, which is what I would have preferred to have.
Was excited to get to the copper bottom for the first time and the experience started off pretty rocky. Lineup was pretty long (good thing to be busy) and we had pre picked out food and bevies based on the menu. The flatbreads were 2/3 out of stock as well as another pot pie. And two drinks also listed were not there. After a quick five minute wait we were delivered our meat pot pie and veggie pot pie. However we discovered they were both meat. So we re-ordered the veggie pie again (to which I heard the server repeat the order to the kitchen). Another five minutes later the pie arrived and it was meat! So my veggie wife was not very pleased but good thing she checked. Third attempt worked and the pies were all around delicious (only ordered because flatbreads were sold out).Somebody else came and apologized and they comp’Ed the extra pies.Drinks were great, food was great and we had a nice view partially overlooking the river. Three stars but wait staff tried so hard to make it better I had to go with 4 stars.I would recommend it still because my trip was an atypical one. But do remember to check your food before taking a bite (especially if you’re a vegan or vegetarian)!Vegetarian options: When flatbreads are sold out you have a veggie pot pie option that’s decent.
The staff at this place were incredibly friendly! It really added to the overall positive experience. We kicked things off with the spinach dip as an appetizer, and it was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of cheesy goodness.Next up were the cheesy potato onion and curried chickpea handpies. We also tried the veggie flatbread. They did not disappoint! Overall, every single dish we tried was really delicious.
Yup. Good place to go for a locally-made beer and live music on Saturday afternoons inside or out on the deck overlooking the Montague River. Niiiiice!
I 'm totally confused by the positive reviews. Greeted by a rude ginger zillenial, 'we don 't serve food after 5 ', ok then. Beer was gross, tried two different types, neither is worthy of even a mention. At five minutes to seven the dude starts banging chairs, didn 't even come over and tell us he was closing. And who closes a bar at 7pm?? Place is a drastically overrated zillenial hangout. Don 't bother!
