Le Vieux Four - Mont-Tremblant

This is a great restaurant in Mont-Tremblant, their pizza and pasta are very delicious. The servers provide excellent service, and the prices are reasonable especially for a tourist hotspot like Tremblant. The ambiance is good. My seafood linguini was well prepared and cooked perfectly. They are open late every day. It's not high-end gourmet food but much better than chain restaurants where portions are strictly controlled.

We arrived at the restaurant around 6 on a Tuesday night without reservations and had to wait for an hour in a long line. We highly recommend making reservations in advance! The food looked and smelled amazing, but unfortunately, it was just okay. The prices were fair, especially considering the area caters to wealthy ski tourists. The service was decent, but not exceptional. Personally, I preferred Milles Pates nearby. The standout dish was definitely the French Onion Soup.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious pizza and would highly recommend it. During my second visit the following day, I indulged in more pizza and also ordered a lasagna to go for dinner later that night. Although I was disappointed with the lasagna, the service, atmosphere, and variety of options on the menu have convinced me to return and explore other dishes in the future.

Food and service were spectacular, one of my new favorites. Their pasta, i got the veal cannelloni, was delicious but also had lots of other options to choose from. Picture shows the wood fire pizza over they use, very nice. You can watch from the dinning room the pizza going in and out.
