Taco Bell - Monroeville

The last three times I've done here, the order was screwed up. They regularly forget sauce. I'm done, I'm just going to the street.

I ordered the nacho box with just cheese and beef. Took one bite and had to spit it out. The food chips tasted stale and chemically. It was bad enough to where I felt the need to call and let management know this. The manager I spoke to immediately got rude with me insisting that they just made them and they were fresh and it wasn?t possible. I was not calling for a refund or another order I just called to warn them they were giving out bad chips in the nacho box. I do not recommend this location due to the unprofessionalism from management regarding a customer concern and I definitely do not recommend their nachos!

We saw the advertisement on tv for the new $5 nachos box and decided to try it. We were greeted pleasantly at the drive thru and our order was taken accurately. It was overall a great experience here, with one exception. Nearly a third of the nachos were stale in our meal.

Service was friendly, but the nachos were sogy and terrible tasting no Jalapeños

In the app ordered for pickup. It automatically changes it to drive thru. Let her make the food and then cancel. I know I can't eat inside now. But I don't know why I need to use the drive. Then they can throw it away.
