Osteria Romana Main St. - Monroe

Everything was great, but either our waiter was training/new, burnt out from shortsragfibg At first, I ordered a glass of wine. He came back moments later to double check which wine I wanted. (He would have been incorrect had he not. He brought me a glass of wine that was incorrect and I had to send it back. The food was great. The pace between our appetizer and entree was great. From the time we ordered dessert and received it, plus the delay in getting our check plus the payment being taken was long. We were virtually one of 3 tables remaining in the restaurant. Would definitely go back! Service could just be improved. (Totally understand if it’s due to short staffing though.

We have never had a bad meal here. Food is always great!
