Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a medium-well fillet, but it was served overcooked and completely dried out. We are not frequent visitors to this restaurant, and after tonight's dinner, I remember why.
The Outlaw Ribeye was tasty, although a bit on the fatty and salty side. It was still enjoyable overall. However, I was disappointed to find out they were out of brussel sprouts.
We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and competent. The hostess, server, and manager went out of their way to make our meal enjoyable. The cheesecake was phenomenal!
I came from out of town to see my friend and celebrate her birthday. She has been telling me about the parmesan crusted steak, so we decided to go to LongHorn in Monroe, LA. Unfortunately, this is the absolute hands down worst experience I have had in a long time. First, when we finally got our bread, by the time we got a knife that we asked for 4 times, the bread was no longer fresh out of the oven , 2nd, our waitress lost our order and 20 minutes later, we had to repeat our order, when it finally arrived, my steak had no parmesan crust, the potato had so much salt on it, we couldn 't even eat it. When they brought my steak back WITH the parmesan crust, we were so disappointed and frustrated that we asked for to go boxes, and the steak was the only thing that didn 't get thrown away. $88 later, and I won 't EVER be going to this location again. Sorry, LongHorn but DO BETTER! I think we should 've at least gotten an apology from the manager or a discount or SOMETHING!
Food is wonderful (Parmesan Chicken is a favorite) Chris P. is the best waiter you could ask for. He could teach classes on How to be a server. New manager Jeff is doing an excellent job with this Longhorn location. Give them a visit.
