Kfc - Monroe

I haven't been in a KFC location for some time. Mostly because of my schedule and location. Wife and I decided today that we would try the ones on Monroe Ga. Absolutely exaggerated at the service I received. The set of service with a smile has never been better defined than what I experienced today. Three very friendly ladies, all with smiles on their faces greeted me when I arrived. Very helpful and social. Order placed and get very fast and (most important) exact. If the business people actually read these reviews, please thank these employees and clone them for the employment in each of your stores. I have not received any pleasant experience like this in (local) years. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

I need to satisfy the employees at Monroe KFC! I used the drive three times last month and the staff there were extremely friendly and informative! Kindness goes a long way and they certainly deserve recognition! I wish I could tell you their names!

The past several times I was through the drive thru, the Lord who took my order and money was super nice and helpful. Great customer service skills. He is the reason why I return to this restaurant via other neighboring restaurants.
