Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful, and I have never had an incorrect drink. Tonight I had Jess and Dorian who were so thoughtful and sweet while we talked, and really went the extra mile (and made a fantastic drink) while I wasn't feeling the best. Thank you! If I could give zero stars I would.. I stopped in this morning and ordered the Charlie it 's been discontinued... fine but what gets me is I then revert to my usual Carmel macchiato and asked for cinnamon to be added to the top.. and you 'd think I was asking for them to give me their first child... apparently cinnamon is ONLY for specialty drinks. Such an odd rule to have as I just enjoy the extra flavor from it and would have paid extra for the damn sprinkle of cinnamon... absolutely asinine and ridiculous...
