Island Coffee House - Monroe County

This miserable old man just threw my son and 3 year old and 5 year old grandkids out of the shop where they went to purchase ice cream. His exact words were get the f*ck out of my store . Not sure why he is even in the customer service industry. Please don 't patronize this shop. It needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt.

Unpredictable service, not pleasant. Went in with my son and husband to get sandwiches. Customer service was non existent. Won't be going back.

Guy that's missing a tooth is extremely rude with zero knowledge of what customer service means. Glad to give this coffee shop my business one time and one time only. I will never be back and neither should anyone else. Take this as a warning.

After a 15 minute wait, he said I don 't want to hear it when we tried to order our food. Understaffed and very rude!
