Noodles Company - Monona

I ordered the Parmesan chicken and noodles dish. The chicken seemed like it was heated from frozen and had no taste. The noodles were tasteless as well. The sauce was watery and lacking in flavor. It was one of the most tasteless meals I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was fine, except for one customer who was having a loud work meeting at her table, disturbing the other tables trying to enjoy their lunch. Employees should have asked her to lower her voice. Why is there a massive trash can in the restaurant? Can't they use a regular trash receptacle to hide the smell and sight of garbage? I paid $13 for this meal and felt like I would have had a better experience ordering chicken nuggets from McDonald's and eating in my car. I ended up throwing away half of my food even though I was still hungry. Now, I feel like I need to go somewhere else to have a better dining experience.

I had to request cups and the place was dirty, so I opted to get my order to go. I didn't receive a receipt, and there was a long line of people waiting for their food, all of whom also didn't get a receipt. The person at the counter was struggling to pronounce names, creating chaos. When I got home, I realized I was missing the rice crispy treat that was supposed to be included.
